Yeah! Olympics again! Love them.
Amanda and I are looking forward again to the crazy commentary. We might even get you another play-by-play of our commentary while we “watch” together from different time zones. Anyone else want to “watch” the Olympics with me? Brett will sit on the couch with me for some of them, but for some reason he’s not really all that excited about them. Maybe we can get him into curling.
The snowboarder at the beginning says “Welcome to the 2010 Winter Games, Welcome [in French]!” and Brett asks, “In the nude?” Apparently we need to learn French.
My heart goes out to Georgia. You could see it on their faces. Someone give them a hug. ;-(
No Jamaican bobsled? What’s the world coming to?
Kazakhstan has cool hats!
The iceberg thing after the big bear – THAT was cool!
The fiddle segment is fun! I should find a fiddle competition around here. The one I went to years ago was fun. My fingers will never move that fast. I really liked the maple leaves on the ground during this part. They’ve got sparklers on their feet! And their bows!
How is a “broken hallelujah” a song of peace? It’s broken.
Opera singer – Gorgeous dress! Big hair!
Gorgeous cauldron.
