My mom taught me manners

But that doesn’t mean I listened. 🙂 I did though. And she taught me more than manners.

My mom taught me how to tie my shoes.

She taught me how to read.

She taught me how to sew.

She taught me 700+ things to do with a glue gun, wiggly eyes, pompoms, and pipe cleaners.

She taught me music.

She taught me how to make bread.

She taught me about education and learning.

She taught me about faith and the scriptures.

She taught me how to find the fun in life. I won’t get in to the many stories I could give as examples for that. But some of them involve twinkies.
