The alternate title to this post would be: Call me Professor, Professor Giggles.
I got an email this morning asking if I wanted to teach an undergraduate class this summer. I’d be the teacher of record and it would be the same class I’ve been working with this school year as a TA (so I’m not walking in to it completely blind). In fact, I was observed guest teaching the class yesterday. I guess I did a pretty good job. And they’ll pay me for it!
How cool is that!?!
I’ll answer that for you. IT’S SUPER COOL!!
After news like that, doing homework seems kind of boring now. (Truthfully, the homework seemed boring before.)

I am an educator and graduate student. I quilt, belly dance, run, read, and try to grow things. I am a Mormon. I am a daughter, sister, aunt, grand-daughter, friend, and wife.

Hooray! That’s great!
Congratulations!! You will do a great job!!
P.S. Anything is better than homework!
As an added bonus, I was just requested to help grade a class for the first half of the summer. So I’ll be slightly more busy this summer than I normally am, but it’s definitely going to be worth it.
