Speaking of Christmas music

Brett and I have been watching season 2 of “The Sing-Off” the past few weeks. It’s a vocals only music competition and the groups they have are just amazing. The winner will be announced tonight.

Here’s a vocals only version of the 12 Days of Christmas by the group Straight No Chaser.

Just for informational sake, the 12 days of Christmas start on December 25th, not end. They are the 12 days from Christmas through January 5th, the Twelfth Night. Epiphany, or Three Kings Day is then celebrated on January 6th. I don’t take the Christmas decorations down until after the Christmas season is over, so not till after January 6th.

I remember in high school one year asking people to sing the 12 days of Christmas. Everyone can get up through 5. But then people start getting stuck and can only do the days if they are counting down and not up.
