This book took so long to read because I had to return it to the library and I decided I’d finish reading the appendices later when it would fit better with my goal to read a book for each letter of the alphabet. So today I finished it. It really is a fast read.
Any woman who menstruates should read this book. It is full of the most useful information I have ever found on the cycle and what happens when and why and how to understand all of it. The understanding I have of my own body after reading this book and following the charting is priceless. I’m one of those who has a very regular cycle, but there are things I’ve learned from this book and I can predict what is going on with my body so much better now. And it’s easy to keep track of the signs.
The information is useful for those trying to avoid pregnancy as well as those trying to become pregnant. But really this book should be read by every woman with a functioning uterus. I wish I had read it years ago.
