Delicate Arch - Friday, 9 April 2004
The first thing we wanted to see was Delicate Arch. The park lists this trail as one of the strenuous trails. It is 3 miles round trip.
I was glad we did it first because there were relatively few people when we got first got there. But when we left there were people all over it and it was hard to get a clear shot of the arch.
The trail starts at the Wolfe Ranch, where a man and his son raised cows at the turn of the 20th century. There are also some petraglyphs near the ranch on a rock called "Newspaper Rock." These are all pictures I took along the trail and at the arch.
