Once again I was able to do the melodrama with the PG Players. Melodramas are so much fun. This time I got to play the ditsy daughter of the rich lady.

Meet the Cast

Donna Bingham (Mrs. Octavia Moneycracker) is in her 6th show with the PG Players. She has played Betty Meeks in "The Foreigner," Phyllis in "Play On!" and "Sing On!" and Aunt Caroline in "Black Coffee" as well as assistant director for "Mouse Trap." Donna loves singing with the Chauntenettes. Thanks to Darrel, her husband of 47 years, for his love and support and to her 5 boys and 2 girls and 30 grandchildren who encourage her, tease her and love her faces and stories.	Lillian Cluff (Linette Darwood) - Note to self: Do bio way earlier so it can actually be informative. Note to Audience: I am a mama of 3 and a wife of one. I'm coming out of a self-imposed theatre exile and enjoying every minute of my re-entry. So far, I've been cast as 3 scheming women in pinstripes - typecasting? While not plotting to win the villain, you can find me parked on my couch each Saturday watching my Florida Gators strive for a 2nd national title!	Trevor Walker (Fitzjohn Oliphant) - Imagine the following spoken in a very low voice: Trevor Walker is a 16-year-old Junior at PGHS. (Yeah!! Go P.G.) He sings tenor contrary to popular belief. (Because he has such a low voice.) He also plays trumpet and piano. He has been in many shows including playing a 5'9" tall 9-year-old in Titanic. (Yes!! I got to be immature. Surprise. Surprise.) Note to self: Stop pocketing the extra warts.
Lisa Giles (Alvina Moneycracker) - I teach children (at Mount Mahogany Elementary School). I do shows (Heidi, Sweeney Todd, The Man Who Came to Dinner, Tony & Tina's Wedding, Alias Smedley Pewtree). I read books (all sorts, but mostly children's literature). I sew quilts (it's relaxing). I like flowers. (I'm like Alvina that way. Note to self: make more time to stop and smell the flowers.) I live. I laugh. I love. Que Vida Boa!	Jeremy Young (Fleetwood Dashaway) - Jeremy is not a tall man, nor is he a decent basketball player. He does not drive a stick-shift automobile, and he has never had the mumps. He does not eat children for breakfast (though he'd probably enjoy it) and he dislikes riding on elephants for the simple reason of instability. However, Jeremy does enjoy being a villain on stage for you today.	Becca Ingram (Hyacinth Haven) is thrilled to be playing Hyacinth. She was type cast, seeing as she has already been married and abandoned twice in her 15 short years. The first marriage was... well... we won't discuss that. Becca enjoys blasting show tunes in the car with her friends and being in any show she can. She loves her family, but not her ex-husbands. Note to self: Never work for your ex's fiancée.
