I'm relatively new to the clothes sewing world. I've been sewing quilts and pillows for years. Here I'll record my attempts at clothes. Costumes I've sewn will be elsewhere.

January 2006 - a dress to go with the wrap Ryan bought me in India. Side zippers are tricky. I think I'll stay away from them for a little while longer.

May 2006 - a new green dress and a skirt with blue calla lilies on it. The zipper in the dress was more than half the cost of the dress.

4 November 2006 - I needed some fallish skirts. I put this one together while watching to April's Priesthood session of General Conference on DVD. It is a soft printed corduroy, and goes great with the dark brown corduroy jacket I bought two years ago. Not bad for a $10 skirt.
