Part of my family's Christmas traditions is to get a music box on Christmas Eve. Since I'm not at my place on Christmas Eve, and since I bought the music box and wrapped it, I had to modify the tradition just a bit. So instead I invite a bunch of friends over under the guise of throwing a party, I provide food and play Christmas music so they believe the ruse. And then I make one of them open my music box. It's worked very well for five years now. These are the pictures from the 2006 party.
