The invitation read thusly:

Friends, Romans, country men, lend me your ears!

The Ides of March (March 15th) is upon us, preceded by the ever delicious Pi Day (3.14). To celebrate, gather to my home on Saturday, March 14th at 6:00pm. There will be Little Caesar's Pizza ("Et Tu Brute?"), Caesar salad (just how much can I milk a theme?), and pie of various sorts for dessert. If you have a particular sort you prefer, or a particular sort you would like to help provide, let me know. Preferences on pizza will also be considered. Entertainment will be the movie IQ , featuring Einstein, who will celebrate his 130th birthday on March 14th.

What: Pi Day & Ides of March Gathering
Where: The Giles Abode.
When: Saturday, March 14th, beginning at 6:00pm
Why: Because I believe in celebrating random holidays, and I'm a bit of a geek.

I was extremely jealous of Brett's Pi shirt, it's even made up of the digits of pi!
But for some reason my monkey banana socks seemed appropriate.

I don't know either. It just fit.
